  • From a recent live Q&A: (Live HERE every Wednesday at 12:30pm pacific)
Q Is autoimmune caused by not eating cruciferous vegetables and Omega-3?
A: The causes of autoimmune disease are varied - usually a combination of poor nourishment, unhealthy eating causing damage and inflammation, and other stressors like poor sleep , high stress, depression anxiety etc all piled onto someone with a genetic predisposition. The good news is despite whatever set it off, you can get better.
Hyper-nourishment gives the body the ingredients it needs to repair the damage. It also optimizes immune health in many ways. More in the video.

Yay it is working, A1c coming down. I've been hypernuturing: spinach, Kale, dark leafy greens, flax oil, flaxseed & chia seeds. Top with nutritional yeast. 1 avocado. 3 times a day. Thank you so much

it can help you stop making them but I don't' know if it will dissolve the current ones. Some folks tell me the pain goes away, but I don't know if the stones did or just the inflammation around them.

Dr Goldner, I need advice please. I want to hyper nourish but I got a histamine reaction from the spinach and in my country, kale is non existent in the shops. How else can I make my smoothies? 😭 We have savoy cabbage and broccoli here but those are not tender leaves.. do they still work in a smoothie? What else can I use and why am I sensitive to spinach? I have been plant based and doing probiotics for more than a year now.

@@Miyankochanyou could try to grow kale and arugula yourself at home. Even if you live in an (small) apartment with a (small) balcony. I find that growing your own arugula (very fast growing, 30 days) tends to be much milder and less bitter than store bought ones. All you need is some sort of container and potting soil.

Your comment caught my attention. Not a doctor, but I've been WFPB for 12 years now and early on I well recall seeing my hairline start to recede. I figured I was getting older and didn't sweat it. Sure enough a few months later it filled back in and now at 70, I have a full head of hair. No promises, just my experience.
